New Delhi, March 3 (ANI): Cameron Diaz has posed bra-free for April 2015 issue of Cosmopolitan and said that everyone needs to have sex to lead a healthy life. The 'Sex Tape' actress told UK Cosmopolitan in a cover interview that every individual should do exercise to keep themselves healthy, and people who look out for some reasons to walk away from it and states that their body doesn't allow it but actually their mind restrains them of doing so, a leading daily reported. The 42-year-old actress added that she even treats herself sometimes with a handful of berries and some cake, but instructed the readers not have the whole cake, and have some pieces of it. BSF & BGB play friendly match in Indo-Bangladesh border

South Dinajpur, Feb 24 (ANI): As a part of confidence-building exercise between security forces along the porous Indo-Bangladesh border, a friendly volleyball match was played between the two countries in West Bengal. The match was organised to celebrate the 50th Raising Day of Indian paramilitary, Border Security Force (BSF) with an aim to enhance better border management work between the neighbours. The friendly match was played between 25th BSF battalion and 40th Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) battalion. Enthusiastic residents of border villages flocked to the venue in South Dinajpur district to watch the match. India and Bangladesh have been working together to reduce crimes and illegal activities along the 4,096 km long border. Special emphasis is also being given to develop cross-border trade, especially via the northeastern region that shares a 1,880-km-long border with Bangladesh. Srinagar, Feb 21 (ANI): With winters slowly fading away, houseboat owners in Jammu and Kashmir have begun coring of boats ahead of the tourist season. Houseboats are the identity of the world famous Dal Lake attracting tourists from across the world every year. Houseboat owners have called in carpenters who are specialised in repairing boats by using the 'coring' technique. A houseboat owner Taseen Ahmad said they undertake the coring exercise every two years to keep boats in good shape. The coring experts charge rupees 1,000 a day. Coring of boats includes filling of gaps on the floor of the boat with special grass and repairing the damaged portion with expensive timber of the valley known as "deodar".
