SC asks BCCI to explain amendment to rule 6.2.4, threatens to strike it off

New Delhi, Dec 17 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Tuesday talked tough on amendment. It asked the BCCI to explain the importance of the amendment made to rule 6.2.4 that permits BCCI officials to have stakes in the IPL. Mumbai, Dec 13 (ANI): Bollywood love epic 'Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge', the longest running film in India's showbiz city Mumbai, completed 1000 glorious weeks on Friday. The film, starring Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan in the lead paired opposite actress Kajol, had made movie buffs go crazy by portraying fairytale romance and confronting traditional ideologies. The movie was released in October 1995. The historic moment of Indian cinema was celebrated in Maratha Mandir where the movie has been running since its release. The stars also released a book based on their movie. Thanking fans and makers of the film, SRK said that he had no idea that it would be such a huge success.
