New Delhi/ Patna, Feb 22 (ANI): JD (U) leaders reacted on Sunday after Former Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi along with his supporters decided to observe a black day by fasting, ahead of oath taking ceremony for Nitish Kumar. JD (U) leaders Sanjay Singh, KC Tyagi, Neeraj Kumar and Shyam Rajak said that Manjhi is only trying to gain public attention by fasting and added that it might be a black day for some people but for Bihar it is a good day. Burari Incident: AAP may move court if police doesn't take action

New Delhi, Feb 21 (ANI): In an update to Burari incident which took place last night; six AAP workers who had been detained were produced in the court. Lawyer Basant Singh said that police should take the due course of action against the charge of not filing an FIR in Burari police station. He added that if police does not resort to the legal procedure AAP may also move Court in the matter. Burari Police in Delhi lathicharge AAP workers, files FIR against two MLAs

New Delhi, Feb 21 (ANI): Police have filed FIR against two AAP MLAs - Sanjiv Jha from Burari and Akhilesh Tripathi from Model Town – for inciting a mob to attack police station in Burari late night. Police resorted to baton charge on AAP workers after supporters of Jha gathered outside the police station. The incident took place at around 11 PM when security guards at the Burari police station stopped Jha's vehicle from entering the premises of police station. According to Jha, some people in Burari molested two kids but the police didn't register any case against the accused. Police has so far arrested seven persons in connection with the case. Several vehicles were damaged in the incident. 17 police personnel were among others who suffered injuries. Feb 21, 2015
