Two trains collided in the Pakistani city of Karachi on 3 November, killing at least 17 people and injuring 50 people. This is the countrys second major train collision in less than two months, after a crash in September left 4 dead and 93 injured. A fire that broke out at a karaoke lounge in Hanoi has killed at least 13 people.The fire started around lunchtime in a crowded residential area, and flames quickly spread to engulf three neighbouring houses.
