Mumbai, August 14 (ANI): Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra, along with Indian filmmaker Omung Kumar and producer Sanjay Leela Bhansali promoted biopic drama film Mary Kom in India_s showbiz capital Mumbai city. The life story of Indian boxing champion Mary Kom is the subject matter of the film. Chopra, who will be seen playing the role of the boxer in the film, started the event by singing a song of her movie. Also present at the event was the boxing star herself who praised Chopra for portraying her role on screen. She said Chopra was the perfect choice to depict her real life saga. While Priyanka said that she identified with the role because both she and Kom have certain similarities in their lives. Hailing from the insurgency-prone India_s northeastern province of Manipur and the mother of two, Kom is five-time women_s world boxing champion and Olympic bronze medalist. The goldsmith, UMT Raja said that he made the miniature version of the Indian flag using only 4 mg of gold, making it the smallest in the world. Besides the flag, Raja also made a miniature model depicting the Indian freedom movement using gold, which includes the Indian flag and a model of great freedom fighter Mahatma Gandhi.
