Ingredients Grated coconut - 1 Jaggery - 200 gms Split chana dal cooked - 150 gms Ghee - 1-2 tps. Cardamom pods Cashew nuts Raisins Besan Rice flour Method 1. Melt the jaggery by adding some water in a pan. 2. In another pan, add some ghee and roast cashew nuts, raisins and coconut. 3. Now, add the cooked dal and cardamom powder. 4. Pour the jaggery syrup in the pan and mix it well. 5. Let the mixture cool for sometime and then make small balls out of it. 6. Add besan and rice flour in a bowl. 7. Pour little water to it. 8. Put the ball into the mixture and deep fry it. Description: Banana Paniyaram Ingredients Bananas chopped- 4 Few Cashew nuts Few Raisins Ghee Few pods of Cardamom Jaggery - 1tbsp Wheat flour- quarter cup Coconut milk- quarter cup Grated coconut- 1tbsp Method 1. In a bowl, add chopped bananas, grated coconut, jaggery, raisins, chopped cashew nuts, coconut milk and wheat flour. 2. Mix it well. 3. Add the cardamom seeds in the mixture. 4. Drizzle some ghee in the paniyaram pan. Add about a spoonful of mixture in the pan. 5. Switch the sides after it turns Golden brown in color. 6. Turn off the stove and remove the banana paniyaram. You can either serve it hot or cot.
