AAP's Ashutosh says he's not surprised about extortion-tainted Shah heading new BJP team

New Delhi, Aug 16 (ANI): Aam Aadmi Party leader Ashutosh today criticized Amit Shah and his new team, saying that the BJP president himself has charges of extortion against him. Earlier, Shah announced the names of his new team, which consists of eleven vice-presidents and eight general secretaries. The new BJP vice-presidents are Bandaru Dattatreya, B.S. Yeddyurappa, Satpal Malik, M.A. Naqvi, P. Ruppala, Prabhat Jha, Raghuvar Das, Kiran Maheswari, Renu Devi and Dinesh Sharma. The general secretaries are J.P. Nadda, Rajiv Pratap Rudy, Muralidhar Rao, Ram Madhav, Saroj Pandey, Bhupendra Yadav, R S Kateria and Ram Lal. Anurag Thakur will continue to be Bhartiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) chief and the BJP Mahila Morcha chief will be Vijaya Rahatkar. Abdul Rashid Ansari will be the BJP's Minority Morcha chief. Supporter of PM suffers due to cease of pension by UP government

Varanasi, Aug 10 (ANI): A supporter of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Virbhadra Nishad complained of non-payment of pension to old people in Uttar Pradesh. The government of Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav in Uttar Pradesh has stopped provision of pension to the old people after BJP won in the state. Virbhadra Nishad, a boatman, was one of the people who proposed Modi's nomination from temple town Varanasi for the general elections. He was also a constant supporter of the nationalist leader during the elections. However, Nishad complained that the state government of Samajwadi Party has ceased to pay due amount of pension despite him suffering from critical health conditions.
