Kolkata, May 30 (ANI): A sweets shop in Kolkata city of West Bengal made a replica of the FIFA World Cup trophy from sweets as soccer lovers await the start of mega event. While the original World Cup trophy is made of gold and two rings of malachite stones, the trophy in Kolkata meanwhile, is made from traditional sweet called kheer (rice pudding). The owner of the sweet shop, Sudip Mallick, said Kolkata is football crazy city and this replica was made for the people to enjoy the sport, which is scheduled to start from June 12. The customers seemed really pleased with Mallick’s replica of the World Cup.
