New Delhi, Oct 25 (ANI): After Prime Minister Manmohan Singh while returning from his Russia and China visit welcomed CBI investigation over Coal Allocation Scam, CPI leader Atul Anjan said that the PM is corrupt and is heading a corrupt cabinet.
