Thimpu, Nov 08 (ANI): President Pranab Mukherjee on Saturday inaugurated Jigme Wangchuck Hydro Power Training Institute in thimpu city of Bhutan. He said that India's relationship with Bhutan is an "exemplary" one that takes care of each other's concerns and vital interests. Mukherjee also called upon both nations to earnestly take up their role within SAARC for advancement of the region and for global peace. Bhutanese Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay, along with his Cabinet colleagues, was present during the function. Four more projects have been taken up now as joint ventures between public sector undertakings of India and Bhutan, the foundation stone of the first such project being laid by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi when he visited Bhutan in June. India to discuss black money issue at G20 Summit

New Delhi, Nov 07 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi to raise the issue of black money besides discussing the energy, security and IMF among others at the G20 Leaders' Summit in Brisbane next week. The G20 Leaders' Summit is scheduled to kick off on November 15-16 in Brisbane, Australia. Sherpa of the prime minister for the G20 summit, Suresh Prabhu told mediapersons in New Delhi about India's agenda during the summit. Prabhu said to deal with the issue of tax evaders and black money it would be interesting to have discussion on automatic exchange of information among the countries. G20 countries have committed to present policy measures at the Brisbane summit that will lift global growth by an additional 2 percent over five years. Prabhu said there should be more transparency in the global energy mix and it should include renewable and clean energy. Prabhu also said India would raise the issue of reforming the International Monetary Fund (IMF) at Brisbane summit. Prabhu added that during the summit India would also talk on infrastructure, employment generation, changing the cost of remittances and environment and climate change.
