Gwalior, Nov 21 (ANI): While addressing mediapersons in Gwalior, Law Minister Kapil Sibal slammed the Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and questioned on the much talked about developments in the state. Targeting Narendra Modi next, he said that the Modi is self-proclaimed hero and he is not eligible to be a PM candidate having such wrong knowledge about the history and leaders of the nation. He said that Gujarat model of development is a total failure.
