MH370: 12 families file lawsuits against Malaysian Airlines and government

The families of 12 passengers aboard missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 filed suits against the carrier on 4 March, in a frantic rush to pursue claims before a two-year deadline for legal action expires. Under the Montreal Convention, any court action to claim damages from an airline must be made within two years from the date the aircraft arrived or should have arrived. Solar Impulse 2 undertakes test flight over Hawaii

The Solar Impulse 2 made a test flight on 3 March over Hawaii, as it prepares to continue on its record-breaking journey. Pilot Andre Borschberg is attempting to circumnavigate the globe on solar energy alone. The aircraft has been grounded on the Island of Oahu since July as a result of battery damage caused during the planes record 118-hour trans-Pacific flight from Japan to Hawaii last July. Mar 4, 2016
