SC issues notice to central government over farmers suicide issue

New Delhi, Sep 22 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Monday issue notice to central government over the issue of increase in number of farmers suicide in the country. The lawyer in the case said that a writ petition was filed by an organization in Punjab over the same and that this is creating an agregarian fall in India. The petition also said that there was no actions taken by the government over the same and that there was no compliance also. The lawyer in the case also said that if no compliance was taken soon, there can be a food crisis in India. Sep 22, 2014
