New Delhi, Sep 21 (ANI): CPI (M) leader Sitaram Yechury on Saturday stated that stern action needs to be taken against culprits responsible for inciting communal violence in Muzaffarnagar, regardless of their political alliances. Yechury further added it was unfortunate that the communal disturbance has increased as the elections are approaching.
