New Delhi, Feb 02 (ANI): Miley Cyrus has advised pal Justin Bieber, who was recently arrested for a DUI and driving with an expired license, to pay people to make sure he doesn't get into trouble. The controversial singer made the suggestion to the 'Boyfriend' hit maker on 'The Tonight Show With Jay Leno' when the host asked her if she had anything to add to the troubled star's legal troubles.
