New Delhi, Feb 23 (ANI): President Pranab Mukherjee addressed the Parliament as the Budget Session in Lok Sabha began on Monday. He said that the guiding principle of his government is maximum governance and minimum government. President Mukherjee said inclusive growth, including progress of the most vulnerable sections, is the government's topmost priority. He said the GDP growth at 7.4 percent has made India the fastest growing largest economy in the world. The Budget Session contains 44 items of financial, legislative and non-legislative business. The first part of the Budget Session will continue till March 20 while the second part will commence after a month-long break from April 20 and conclude on May 8.
