Hooda challenges Haryana Govt on Vadra land deal case saying probe will fail to prove his involvemen

New Delhi/Haryana, Nov 4 (ANI): Politicos reacted on Tuesday after former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda challenged the Haryana government on Robert Vadra land deal case and said that the investigations would fail to prove his involvement in the case. BJP leader Sambit Patra said that BS Hooda should question the top brass of Congress about the state of the party rather than challenging the State and Central government. BJP leader GVL Narsimha Rao said that BS Hooda didn't act in the interest of Haryana government and hence lacks the right to challenge anyone. Haryana's legislative committee to probe Robert Vadra's illegal land dealings

Chandigarh/ New Delhi/ Dehradun, Nov 04 (ANI): Haryana's legislative committee will look into the improper land dealings of Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law, Robert Vadra, said the state Health Minister Anil Vij after the first cabinet meeting. The DLF is accused of arranging favourable loans and real estate transactions for Vadra, which the company denied. Vij said that the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) would probe into the allegations following which action will be taken. Vadra's land dealings were stirred up once again when on late Saturday night, he was caught on camera misbehaving with a journalist who inquired about his land dealings. However, defending Vadra, Congress leader Ambika Soni said that the privacy of a private citizen must be respected and nobody will object if the state government will conduct a probe into the matter. Congress issues statement over Robert Vadra, says whole episode propagated for political agenda

Kaithal, Nov 02 (ANI): Congress on Sunday issued statement over Robert Vadra's misbehaviour with a reporter from ANI. Blaming media for Vadra's behaviour, Congress leader Randeep Surjewala said unpleasantness of repeatedly asking questions at any private functions must be avoided by media at all times. He said that deliberate hounding of individuals on issues that are already conclusively settled and rejected by constitutional bodies must stop. Further, he also referred to some incidents where then Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi had thrown the mic and had later walked out of a pre fixed interview. He also alleged that the entire episode was propagated for political agenda. Indore, Nov 02 (ANI): Senior Journalist Ved Pratap Vaidik on Sunday said that Robert Vadra's behaviour with a journalist was totally objectionable. He said that any journalist does not come to attack but to acquire information and reacting in such a way as Vadra did was not at all right in any way. Vaidik said that by behaving in such a way one proves that there is something surly wrong on his side. He further said that sue to this behaviour, Priyanka Gandhi and Congress President Sonia Gandhi's image also gets tarnished. Vadra snapped at a reporter from ANI and pushed away the mic after he was asked for a comment on an impending probe into his company's land deals in Haryana. Nov 3, 2014
