NEW YORK The 2014 CNN Heroes: An All Star Tribute got a little bit more star power as celebs came out to honor everyday people making extraordinary efforts to change the world. Lending their presence for the night’s festivities, Benedict Cumberbatch, Christina Hendricks, Taye Diggs, John Leguizamo, Kathy Griffin and Anderson Cooper with performances by Sheryl Crow and Trisha Yearwood. LONDON It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas…at least in London as U.K. reality star Amy Childs helped kick off the ‘Ideal Home Show at Christmas’ at Earl’s Court. The stars were out on the promotional trail in New York as Kiera Knightley & Benedict Cumberbatch sat down at Good Morning America to speak about their new film, ‘The Imitation Game’ while ‘Horrible Bosses 2’ stars Jason Sudeikis & Charlie Day signed autographs and posed for pics. LOS ANGELES Celebs came out early to celebrate the holidays at A VERY GRAMMY CHRISTMAS held at the Shrine Auditorium. LOS ANGELES Matthew McConaughey was the center of attention as he was honored at the 28th American Cinematheque Award show. Wife Camila Alves stood by his side along with his parents to help celebrate McConaughey’s 21-year career. Attending the star- studded event was a who’s-who of co-stars. Jennifer Garner, Kate Hudson, Reese Witherspoon, Jessica Chastain, Michelle Monaghan and Anne Hathaway were all on hand to honor the Oscar winner. Shane West, Michelle Rodriguez and Nikki Reed were just some of the celebs attending Timberland’s 2014 Concert to help promote their new fall wear. Rodriguez did some time behind the turntable as guests were treated with a performance by Young the Giant. LONDON Female fans excitedly waited to be the first to inspect the new wax figure of Benedict Cumberbatch at Madame Tussauds’ in London. Fans huddled around the celebrity statute and took selfies while some needed to take a closer look to make sure he wasn’t the real deal. NEW YORK And in the Big Apple, while Whoopi Goldberg, Rosie O'Donnell and Terry Crews departed the set of The View, Patricia Clarkson, Gene Simmons and William Shatner all paid a visit to the TODAY Show.
