New Delhi, Nov 23 (ANI): Union External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid on Saturday targeted BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi for not opposing the party's decision to felicitate MPs accused of inciting violence in Muzaffarnagar during his rally in Agra.
