Formerly conjoined twins reunited for the first time

Formerly conjoined twins Eva and Erika Sandoval have been reunited with each other for the first time since having surgery. The girls had a 17-hour separation surgery last week, involving 50 staff at the Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford, California. The twins were resting in separate beds but couldn’t see each other very well, so their parents and staff carefully carried Erika over to her sister to say hello. Dec 15, 2016
