New Delhi, Aug 28 (ANI): Controversial BJP MP Yogi Adityanath is among three BJP leaders who would be campaigning for the by-elections in Uttar Pradesh. Adityanath, who is currently facing charges of inciting communal tension in Gorakhpur in 2007, was handed over the charge by party chief Amit Shah. The others are UP veteran and union minister Kalraj Mishra and the party's state unit chief Laxmikant Bajpayee. Taking a dig at the Samajwadi Party, the MP from Gorakhpur said that the SP always wants to create controversy out of nothing but fails and their comments against him were also made with the same intention. Kumar has alleged that he is a world champion and has achieved more points than the person selected for Arjuna Award. Lawyer Rahul Mehra said that the petition has challenged the basis on which sportspersons are recognized for awards and also the committee which selects them. The next hearing will be on August28.
