Pappu Sardar, who has been celebrating the actress' birthday for more than a decade now, cut a cake on her behalf and wished for a prosperous life as he held a small function. Dixit, who is accounted among the most accomplished actors in the Indian film industry, turned 47 today. Madhuri has charmed her fans with her most enchanting smile and amazing dancing moves. Pappu Sardar, who owns a food stall, organised a lavish party at midnight which began with a prayer session and ended with dance and jubilation on the streets. Pappu had the whole colony decorated with lights, ribbons and balloons, put many photographs of Dixit on display and prayed for her success. Many other people also joined him in the celebrations. The fans danced together to the tunes of some of the famous songs of Madhuri. The actress made her acting debut in 1984 and was a rage in the 90s by delivering one super hit after the another.
