New Delhi, Sep 29 (ANI): Political reactions flowed after Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the gathering of Indian Diaspora at Madison Square Garden in New York. Congress leader Rashid Alvi said that there was nothing new in Modi's speech as he highlighted the same points which he does in India. Congress' Rajiv Shukla welcomed the new announcements which he made as the Prime Minister for Indian community in America. Meanwhile, BJP leader JP Nadda said that Prime Minister Modi's speech was inspirational for not only India but for the entire world. Sikh delegation members have high hopes from PM Modi

New York, Sep 28 (ANI): The members of Sikh delegation in New York said that they have high hopes from Prime Minister Narendra Modi ahead of their meeting with the PM. One of the members Surinder Singh said that they want Modi to solve the issue of Sikh riots in 1984 where many innocent people lost their lives. Patna, Sep 15 (ANI): BJP leader CP Thakur has defended former Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar in the drug scam, saying that it was wrong to point fingers at the integrity and honesty of the JD (U) leader. Reacting on the ongoing 'letter war' between Nitish Kumar and former deputy CM of Bihar Sushil Kumar Modi over the scam, the senior BJP leader said that a neutral body should hold enquiry into the matter. Meanwhile, state Health Minister Ramdhani Singh said that officials are being questioned on the same.
