New Delhi, Nov 20 (ANI): Trading at the Bombay Stock Exchange today closed 34.71 points up to stand at 28,067.56. At the National Stock Exchange the Nifty closed 19.60 points up to stand at 8,401.90. BAJAJ HOLDINGS and INVESTMENT LTD. and GUJARAT GAS CO.LTD. were among the top gainers of Group A with an increase of 7.77% and 7.40% along with KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK LTD. and ING VYSYA BANK LTD. with an increase of 7.28% and 7.15% respectively, while the top losers of Group A include RASOYA PROTEINS LTD and AMARA RAJA BATTERIES LTD with a decrease of 9.95% and 6.22% along with SHREE RENUKA SUGARS LTD and JAIPRAKASH ASSOCIATES LTD with a decrease of 5.68% and 5.22% at the close of the markets. The Auto sector is down 84.35 points at 18,822.94 while the banking sector is up 74.11 points at 20,204.71 and the reality sector is down 25.00 points at 1,623.35. PM Narendra Modi meets Governor of Victoria Alex Chernov and top CEOs of Australia

Melbourne, Nov 18 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday met Governor of Victoria Alex Chernov after he arrived in Melbourne on the fourth and final leg of his four-city tour of Australia. Governor of Victoria Alex Chernov is also hosting the chief executives' roundtable during which Modi would interact with the who's who of the Australian industry and business houses. Modi signed the regular visitor's note at the entry. Following the same, PM Modi met top Australian business leaders at a Melbourne roundtable that will also have leaders from India Inc in attendance. The 20-member Indian delegation at the roundtable includes the likes of Essar Group chairman Shashi Ruia, Gautam Adani, founder and chairman, Adani group, Anand Mahindra, chairman and managing director, Mahindra Group, Vishal Sikka, chairman and managing director, Infosys, and BP Rao of BHE among others. BAYER CROPSCIENCE LTD. and AIA ENGINEERING LTD were among the top gainers of Group A with an increase of 10.35% and 7.61% along with MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA FINANCIAL SERVICES and ASHOK LEYLAND LTD with an increase of 7.57% and 7.37% respectively, while the top losers of Group A include HCC and CADILA HEALTHCARE LTD with a decrease of 4.49% and 4.26% along with IOC and IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd. with a decrease of 4.00% and 3.87% at the close of the markets. The Auto sector is up 217.16 points at 18,617.56 while the banking sector is up 223.20 points at 20,117.78 and the reality sector is down 2.52 points at 1,654.92.
