New Delhi/ Amritsar/ Varanasi, Apr 14 (ANI): Reacting over Former Coal secretary P C Parakh’s book in which he has said that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh was running a government in which he had 'little' political authority, AAP leader Gopal Rai said that it is not something new and he had an inkling of the same.
