Kamal Haasan to get Padma Bhushan, thanks govt

Chennai, Jan 26 (ANI): Well-known actor Kamal Haasan will be awarded the Padma Bhushan award for his contribution to Indian cinema. The Padma Bhushan is one of the highest civilian awards of the country, given for distinguished service of high order. This award is conferred upon by the President at a ceremonial function at the Rashtrapati Bhawan. The actor who had won the Padma Shri in 1990 has been in the film industry for over five decades and acted in nearly 200 films.
