Chapecoense tragedy: Pilot and crew filmed joking on board doomed flight

New images have emerged from the doomed flight carrying the Brazilian soccer side Chapecoense before it took off and crashed, killing 71 of the 77 people on board. Before the crash occurred the captain had reportedly radioed to say that he was running out of fuel in an emergency. Before takeoff the team and crew on the Bolivian charter plane were in good spirits. Investigators have travelled from Brazil, Bolivia and the UK to help Colombian authorities identify and recover the bodies. Dec 1, 2016

Remaining Chapecoense team join mourners for emotional vigil in club stadium

Players who didnt travel with Brazils Chapecoense team on their doomed flight to Colombia attended a memorial service last night at the club stadium in Chapeco, Brazil. The memorial took place on the day fans were due to celebrate the sides biggest match in its history.
