New Delhi, Sep 11 (ANI): Union Telecom Minister, Kapil Sibal, called the religious riots in Muzaffarnagar that killed at least 32 people and forced hundreds to flee their homes, as a shameful act and a sign of rising tension between Hindus and Muslims ahead of 2014 general election.
