The government’s move to introduce a law - the Assisted Reproductive Technologies Bill (ART), 2010 - to ensure the protection of surrogates, the children, as well as the commissioning parents, is long over due. The dark themed, Satya 2 is a multilingual film and has been shot in Telugu, Hindi, and Tamil. The film deals with crime and showcases the story of the character Satya, who sets up a company and envisions modifying the underworld with his innovative strategies. He is currently serving a 42-month sentence in connection with the 1993 Mumbai bomb blasts case. Dutt is reportedly said to be experiencing pain because of blood clots in his legs.
