Any provocation along working boundary will meet befitting reply: General Raheel Sharif

Sialkot, Feb 27 (ANI): Pakistan's army chief General Raheel Sharif visited Sialkot Garrison and forward locations on Working boundary and warned that any provocation along the line of control (LOC) and working boundary will meet a befitting response. On arrival at Sialkot, Lt Gen Ghayyur Mehmood, Corps Commander received the Army chief. While speaking to troops, the Army chief appreciated their high state of morale and operational preparedness on frontline. He said that repeated Indian ceasefire violations on working boundary and line of control, in the recent past are a distraction for Pakistan from its campaign against terrorism and adversely affect regional stability. The Army chief said, "Let there be no doubt that any provocation along the Line of Control and Working Boundary will meet a befitting response", a press release stated. The Army chief was given a detailed briefing by local commanders about the prevailing security situation at the working boundary. Feb 27, 2015

Coast Guard DIG clarifies controversy, says he was misquoted

Gandhinagar, Feb 18 (ANI): The Deputy Inspector General of Indian Coast Guard, BK Loshali, on Wednesday clarified the controversy over his statement that he ordered to blow up suspected Pak boat. Loshali said that he was not directly in-charge of the operation and all instructions came from the Commander Coastguard.
