Mumbai, Oct 28 (ANI): Maharashtra Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) chief Rakesh Maria on Monday confirmed the arrest of Indian Mujahideen (IM) terror accused Afzal Mutalib Usmani. He and his nephew Javed Khan were produced before a court today.
