Pune, Dec 01 (ANI): The 28th International Marathon on Sunday witnessed a massive participation of around 25,000 runners, with Ethiopian Belachu Adly Abaneh taking away the top prize. The 42-kilometer marathon began from Alka Talkies square in Pune. The marathon also saw the participation of runners from 50 countries, mostly from the African continent. Amritsar, Nov 30 (ANI): Dog lovers thronged annual Kennel Club Dog Show and saw 350 dogs of different breeds competing with each other in Amritsar district of Punjab. A judge at the show, G S Bedi said that this year the show witnessed largest number of entries. Owner of the winner dog, Jugroor Singh, said that he had participated for the first time in the show and his pet won the competition. The winning dogs were awarded prize money of 18,000 rupees.
