Israel: Wildfires rage across Haifa forcing residents to flee

Raging wildfires have been spreading across many parts of Israel fanned by unusually strong easterly winds. It is feared that more than 2,000 acres of land has been affected by the fires, which has also forced nearly 80,000 people to flee their homes in Haifa. A suicide bomber on a motorbike killed at least four people by detonating a device in Kabul, Afghanistan, on 16 November. Several others were also injured in the attack that targeted a vehicle carrying national security officials. An interior ministry official confirmed the incident but could not immediately say how many people had been killed or wounded. There has been no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack.
