New Delhi, Jan 25 (ANI): Foreign Secretary Sujatha Singh on Sunday said that India and the US have reached an understating on the Civil Nuclear Deal. After a joint statement by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and US President Barack Obama, Singh said that the two nations have broken the logjam of the past few years. There has been breakthrough in strategic, civil nuclear, defence and on economic sides. She went on to say that 'the deal is done'. Singh also said that the two leaders also talked about terrorism and issues relating to Pakistan.
