New Delhi, Jan 27 (ANI): Congress leader Kiran Walia on Tuesday alleged that AAP Chief Arvind Kejriwal has been giving his wrong residence address because he wished to become an elector from Delhi. She added that he has committed a fraud by submitting a false affidavit to the Election Commission that he is a permanent resident of B K Dutt Colony. She further said that the matter has been reported to the Election Commission and that Kejriwal’s name should be removed from the electoral list and a probe should be ordered into the matter. Kiran Walia files complaint against Kejriwal demanding his nomination to be cancelled, AAP refutes c

New Delhi, Jan 22 (ANI): Congress leader Kiran Walia on Thursday filed complaint against AAP Chief Arvind Kejriwal demanding his nomination to be cancelled. Walia said that Kejriwal did not mention about a FIR filed against him under the court's order and therefore he failed to disclose facts asked during filing nomination papers. Further, she said that Kejriwal did not had a rent agreement to show that he is a resident of BK Dutt society which he mentioned in his papers. Walia also said that she will take up the case to the High Court. Meanwhile, Kejriwal's lawyer said that the claims are baseless and that the nomination has been accepted. Jan 22, 2015
