Prince Harry shows off his dabbing skills during Aberdeen visit

Prince Harry delighted a crowd of local children in Aberdeen by showing his young fans he knew how to dab. The prince show off his skills whilst on his way to an official engagement at Robert Gordon University. Dabbing is the latest viral dance move in which the dancer drops their head to their elbow and raises their arm as if they are sneezing and is thought to have originated in the Atlanta hip-hop scene. Mark Zuckerberg and wife Priscilla Chan pledge $3bn towards curing all diseases

The two founders of the Chan-Zuckerberg Initiative pledged more than $3 billion toward a plan to cure, prevent or manage all disease within our childrens lifetime. Investments will include a bioscience research centre, called the Biohub, and plans for a chip to diagnose diseases, continuous bloodstream monitoring and a map of cell types in the body. San Diego Zoo burns $1m worth of illegal rhino horns

To make a stand against animal poaching and wildlife trafficking, San Diego Zoo burnt more than $1m worth of illegal rhino horns on 8 September. In the past storage compounds in other countries have been raided, so zoo staff decided the best way to ensure that the horns do not end up on the black market was to burn them. The ashes from the fire will be spread throughout Africa. The burn comes just before World Rhino Day on 22 September. Sep 9, 2016
