Bhopal, Feb 20 (ANI): Congress party targeted the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party government in Madhya Pradesh over spate in swine flu cases. The deadly H1N1 virus has hit Indian topography in its most adverse situation claiming over 700 lives in the country. Congress leader Mukesh Nayak accused the state and central government of conspiring with the pharmaceutical companies. Congress party protests over spate in swine flu deaths in Madhya Pradesh

Bhopal, Feb 12 (ANI): Congress party on Thursday staged a protest outside state Health Minister Narottam Mishra's residence over the spate in swine flu deaths in Madhya Pradesh. Almost 44 people have died in the state due to swine flu and 66 others have been tested positive for the deadly virus. Workers of the Congress party demanded Mishra's resignation, criticizing him for not taking control of the situation. The virus has killed 191 people in the country in January alone, with Telangana state being the worst hit. So far, 2,038 people have been afflicted by the virus in India. Swine flu is caused by H1N1 virus. H1N1 symptoms are similar to those produced by other influenza viruses - fever, cough, sore throat, body aches and respiratory problems. Feb 12, 2015

Women's wing of AAP organises bike rally as a show of strength in Krishna Nagar

New Delhi, Feb 04 (ANI): In a show of strength, the women's wing of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) organised a bike rally in New Delhi on Wednesday, ahead of assembly elections in the city. This bike rally was organised in Krishna Nagar, the constituency from where the chief ministerial candidate of ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Kiran Bedi, is contesting elections. Delhi goes to polls on February 7 for the second time in 14 months after AAP Chief Arvind Kejriwal pulled plugs on his government supported by Congress party barely 49 days into office last February. AAP supporters from across the country converged in the capital to take part in the rally. Bollywood actress and member of AAP from Chandigarh city, Gul Panag, led the rally riding her trademark Bullet bike, wearing a red jacket.
