Unofficial Town Crier Announces Birth Of Royal Baby Boy

An unofficial ceremonial town crier announced on April 23 that the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton, the wife of Prince William, gave birth to a boy at a hospital in London, shortly after Kensington Palace released an official statement.
