NCP says EC s notice to Gadkari on right grounds even as BJP terms it as bogus

New Delhi/ Mumbai, Oct 07 (ANI): NCP leader Majid Memon on Tuesday said that Elections Commission's show cause notice to Nitin Gadkari is on right grounds and he should apologise for the same even as BJP terms the case as 'bogus'. BJP leader Subramanium Swamy said that Gadkari talked about bribery in a sarcastic way and that EC should have a sense of humour. Meanwhile, party leader Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said that the party respects and understands EC's norms and model code of conduct and will take further course of action as required. Oct 7, 2014

Mumbai, Oct 06 (ANI): Reliance Industries Chief Mukesh Ambani's wife and founder chairperson of Football Sports Development, Nita Ambani unveiled the trophy of the Indian Super League (ISL) in Mumbai. Indian Super League is India's indigenous football championship scheduled to kick off on 12th October 2014. It is supported by All India Football Federation (AIFF). Designed by Frazer and Haws, the Indian Super League trophy stands 26 inches tall. The logo on the top band has the ISL colours assigned to it and the handles are ornately carved and embellished with 24k gold gild to imbue a sense of pride when held up. People in Bhopal too offered prayers at the mosque. Believers in Ajmer also offered prayers while praying for world peace. To celebrate Eid-ul-Azha, Muslims sacrifice animals including cow, goat, sheep and camel according to their purchasing power on any of the three days of Eid.
