Paid News case: Ashok Chavan gets EC notice, politicos react

New Delhi, July 14 (ANI): The Election Commission's show- cause notice to former CM of Maharashtra, Ashok Chavan in the paid news case met with varied reactions from leaders of different political parties. On one hand, Sanjay Raut of the Shiv Sena stated that he welcomes the decision as it sends out a clear message to everyone that corruption will not be spared. While on the other hand, Naresh Agarwal of the SP was of the opinion that strict action should be taken against the media, which sometimes forces leaders to pay for the news to be published. New Delhi, July 13 (ANI): Congress workers on Sunday staged protest over water and power shortage in Delhi's Ashok Vihar near Wazirpur village. Reactions come in as trouble surfaces for Ashok Khemka over irregularities in audit

New Delhi, July 12 (ANI): Leaders react as fresh trouble mounted for senior IAS officer Ashok Khemka as some irregularities were found in his previous audit. The Haryana Principal Accountant General (PAG) audit has confirmed irregularities in the state warehousing godown fabrication tender allotment, which took place when Khemka was the company's managing director. The state administration is now allegedly demanding CBI probe.
