New Delhi, Feb 19 (ANI): The Tamil Nadu Government decided to release all seven convicts in Rajiv Gandhi assassination case, including AG Perarivalan and Nalini. Speaking on the same, Union Law Minister Kapil Sibal on Wednesday said that after Tamil Nadu Government's decision, its the people who have to decide who is for terrorists and who is against. He further took a jibe at BJP for not uttering a word on the issue while it had bayed for Afzal Guru’s blood. Further NCP leader Tariq Anwar said that Rajiv Gandhi’s assassination was a conspiracy and government should take well-thought steps. Jammu/ New Delhi, Feb 18 (ANI): After SC’s verdict in Rajiv Gandhi assassination case, J&K’s National Conference (NC) Chief Farooq Abdullah and party leader Mustafa Kamal said that Afzal Guru’s case was no different in this sense and that the state is always considered second citizen by the government. Abdullah said that Guru’s case was totally unjustified. Following the suit, Kamal said that there has been a miscarriage in the case of Afzal guru and that such a verdict as in Rajiv Gandhi’s case could have been considered in the former’s case too.
