New Delhi/ Mumbai, Dec 28 (ANI): Vishwa Hindu Parishad workers on Sunday protested against Aamir Khan's recently released 'PK' in Mumbai. The protesters alleged that Khan had hurt religious sentiments of Hindu community and demanded ban on the movie. Delhi also witnessed similar protest against the movie wherein protesters tore the movie posters outside the theatres. India has claimed that Pakistan continues to provide safe haven to suspected Dawood Ibrahim to further its proxy war but Pakistan denies it. Mumbai, Dec 26 (ANI): Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt, who is out of jail on a 14-day furlough while serving sentence in the 1993 Mumbai bomb blasts case, watched the much awaited Bollywood comedy-drama 'PK' starring superstar Aamir Khan on Thursday in India's showbiz capital Mumbai. Sanjay also has a guest appearance in the film. He is currently serving a five-year jail term after he was convicted in the Mumbai blasts in which over 350 people were killed. He was accused of possessing an AK-56 rifle. On Thursday, Sanjay, along with his wife Maanyata and children Iqra and Shahraan, attended the special screening of the film, arranged by director of 'PK' Rajkumar Hirani and producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra. Aamir Khan, who played the pivotal character in the film, also watched the movie with Sanjay. 'PK' was released on 19th December 2014. Dec 26, 2014

Mumbai, Dec 26 (ANI): World renowned 'dabbawalas' (lunch box carriers) of Mumbai on Friday wielded brooms to sweep streets after Prime Minister Narendra Modi nominated them to join 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyan'. The 'dabbawalas' are city's lifeline as the team of around 5000 people supply food to around 200,000 office goers every day. They carry hot food in lunch boxes from the houses of Mumbai residents in the morning and deliver them at their workplace. A group of lunch box carriers assembled at Lower Parel area and swept the streets and footpaths with a promise to involve their customers also in this campaign. The dabbawalas, world-famous for their efficiency, co-ordination and hygiene, said they would do their best to ensure cleanliness around. Dec 26, 2014
