Asian Games: Khushbir Kaur bags 20km race walk silver; tennis bronze for Yuki

New Delhi, Sep 28 (ANI): Khushbir Kaur on Sunday became the first Indian woman to clinch a 20km Race Walk silver medal in the Asian Games by bettering her personal best and setting a new national record in the process. This is the biggest triumph of Khushbir's promising career after the bronze medal she won at this year's Asian Walking Championships bronze in Japan. She was the first Indian woman to achieve such a feat. Meanwhile, Yuki Bambri settled for bronze medal after he lost his semifinals match against Japan's Yoshihito Nishioka in three sets 3-6, 6-2, 6-1. George Clooney gets married to Amal Alamuddin in Venice

Venice, Sep 28 (ANI): A scene straight out of a Hollywood production unfolded at the Venice Grand Canal as speed boats carried the glamorous wedding party of George Clooney to a glitzy bash at the seven-star Aman Hotel. The world's most famous bachelor, George Clooney, who got married to human rights lawyer Amal Alamuddin, is now a wedded man. The wedding which turned Venice's Grand Canal into an aquatic red carpet as star-studded festivities was a private ceremony. Clooney's celebrity pals joined the couple to celebrate the ceremony in the romantic destination of Venice. Modi addressed the youth present at the event and said that there is a current of hope in the crowd where there is a hope for future of humanity. He said that a little sacrifice today can add to a better tomorrow. The Indian PM said that it is an admirable act that through this festival, people are touching lives of those who are as fortunate as others. Further, he also said that world changes with power and attitude of youth and not by wisdom of old. PM Modi also talked about cooperation between the youth of the two countries which could bring a new ray of hope for the world's future.
