Bejoy Nambiar promotes 'Pizza' in Mumbai

Mumbai, July 2 (ANI): The makers of upcoming 3D horror film 'Pizza' along with its cast and crew were spotted promoting the film in Mumbai. The movie is a namesake as well as remake of 2012 Tamil hit Pizza directed by Karthik Subbaraj. The film is about a Pizza delivery boy, Kunal, who is send to make a delivery of Pizza at a home of a family full of dark secrets and what happens to him. Bollywood director and producer, Bejoy Nambiar, said the commercial success of the Tamil version motivated him to go for a remake of the film in Hindi. The film features Akshay Oberoi, Parvathy Omanakuttan, Dipannita Sharma in the lead roles. Model turned actress, Omanakuttan, who was crowned Miss India 2008, said she had a great working experience.Directed by 1st time director Akshay Akkineni, the film is slated for a 18th July release. Kamal gets emotional while watching Manam

Akkineni family film Manam has got good response and is having a successful run at the box-office by crossing a $ 1 million mark in USA. Now, actor Kamal Haasan who has recently watched the movie has showered praises on Manam, remembering his bond with Late ANR. Kamal said, "I am a big fan of Akkineni Nageswara Rao and Manam has boosted my devotion to him further. It is such a beautiful and feel good film. While everyone was laughing, I became emotional remembering my bond with ANR." Produced by Annapurna Studios, Manam is a befitting send off and a tribute by his son Nagarjuna to him. Kamal Hassan added, "I am very happy that Akkineni family has made this film as a befitting farewell for the legendary actor. ANR lives on in Manam. As an ANR fan, I thank Akkineni family for making such a wonderful film." Vikram Kumar directed Manam also had Nagarjuna, Naga Chaitanya, Samantha, Shriya and ANR in lead roles.
