BJP leader O Rajagopal kick-started the campaign, urging central government to take back permits to foreign vessels to fish in Indian seas as it would affect country___s fishermen. President of National Fishworkers___ Forum in Thiruvananthapuram, T Peter, said they would hold a national level meeting to create an action plan against the Modi government, if their demands were not met. Ahmedabad, July 21 (ANI): A Pakistani delegation arrived on Monday in Gujarat to study Sabarmati Riverfront Development Project to replicate it along River Ravi in Lahore. The four-member delegation visited the riverfront park in Ahmedabad and inquired about technical details of the project that was initiated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi when he was the chief minister of Gujarat. Finance Minister to finalise tax collection roadmap with excise officials

New Delhi, July 21 (ANI): Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Monday met the top brass of the Income Tax department and Central Board of Direct Taxes and discussed all issues related to tax collection. Jaitley inaugurated the two-day annual conference of principal chief commissioners, principal director generals, chief commissioners and director generals of income tax in New Delhi. This is the 30th Annual Conference of heads of the Income Tax Department.
