Politicos react after victim takes U-turn in Meerut 'love jihad' case

New Delhi/Lucknow, Oct 13 (ANI): Political leaders reacted on Monday after the victim in the Meerut 'love jihad' case took a U-turn and claimed that she ran away on her own free will. BJP Vice-President Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said that issues of 'love jihad' should not be given much importance. Congress leader Rashid Alvi said that the family was pressurized by BJP and BJP should be blamed for the situation. CPI leader Atul Anjan and SP leader Naresh Agarwal also blamed BJP for spreading the ideology of 'love jihad' among the people. Oct 13, 2014

Security Expert raises concern over Pak's letter to UN over Kashmir and emergence of ISIS in India

New Delhi, Oct 13 (ANI): Security Expert Alok Bansal on Monday expressed concern over Pakistan Prime Minister's National Security Advisor Sartaj Aziz's letter to UN asking to intervene in Kashmir issue and also on ISIS raising its head in India. Bansal said that Pakistan has always tried to internationalize the issues related to Kashmir. He said that the country wants to take advantage of the opportunity to internationalize Kashmir issue though none of the nations paid any heed to the same. Further, talking about ISIS flag unfurled at an anti- Pakistan protest in Kashmir, Bansal said that it is unfortunate that there is an attraction towards Islamic state in Indian youth as they still see the glorious past of Islam now. Mark Zuckerberg meets PM Modi, charms him with his ideas

New Delhi, Oct 11 (ANI): Founder and CEO of Facebook Mark Zuckerberg met Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and charmed him with his ideas during maiden visit to the country. Modi tweeted, "It was wonderful meeting @facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg. We discussed a wide range of issues". Earlier in the day, Zuckerberg, met Communications &IT Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad in New Delhi, pledging to help the government's Digital India initiative, an ambitious plan to connect a billion people to the internet.
