Congress issues statement over Robert Vadra, says whole episode propagated for political agenda

Kaithal, Nov 02 (ANI): Congress on Sunday issued statement over Robert Vadra's misbehaviour with a reporter from ANI. Blaming media for Vadra's behaviour, Congress leader Randeep Surjewala said unpleasantness of repeatedly asking questions at any private functions must be avoided by media at all times. He said that deliberate hounding of individuals on issues that are already conclusively settled and rejected by constitutional bodies must stop. Further, he also referred to some incidents where then Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi had thrown the mic and had later walked out of a pre fixed interview. He also alleged that the entire episode was propagated for political agenda. Surjewala also requested media to 'respect social mores and privacy of individuals in this age of professional competition'. Nov 3, 2014
