Chapecoense tragedy: Pilot and crew filmed joking on board doomed flight

New images have emerged from the doomed flight carrying the Brazilian soccer side Chapecoense before it took off and crashed, killing 71 of the 77 people on board. Before the crash occurred the captain had reportedly radioed to say that he was running out of fuel in an emergency. Before takeoff the team and crew on the Bolivian charter plane were in good spirits. Video shows Brazil football team Chapecoense boarding plane before deadly crash

A plane with 81 people on board, including members of the Brazilian first division football team Chapecoense, has crashed in the city of Medellin in Colombia. A video published on Facebook shows the Chapecoense players checking in before the flight at the international airport in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. Chapecoense were due to play Medellin-based team Atletico Nacional in the final of the Copa Sudamericana on 30 November, but the match has now been suspended. Nov 29, 2016
