Cooch Behar, Apr 1 (ANI): Voters residing along the Bangladesh border in Cooch Behar district of West Bengal raised issues of demarcation ahead of Lok Sabha polls. A resident, Sukanta Saha, said the demarcation of north-eastern boundaries with Bangladesh is very important in view of country’s security and this is a major issue to be addressed in the elections. Militant hideout busted in J&K, cache of arms & ammunitions recovered

Baramulla, March 30 (ANI): Paramilitary forces on Sunday busted a militant’s hideout in Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir ahead of upcoming general election. A huge cache of arms and ammunitions were recovered from the hideout during a joint operation by Rashtriya Rifles and Police in Tangmula forest of Baramulla district. Following this the security had been beefed up in the valley. The restive region has witnessed numerous militant attacks, insurgency, and infiltration attempts from across the border in the last two decades. This is the third hideout busted by security forces in the past one week after two militant hideouts were busted in Bandipora district of Kashmir. Mar 30, 2014
