Mumbai/ New Delhi, Dec 19 (ANI): Captain Sunil James along with another sailor Vijayan, who was arrested in Togo on July 31 for allegedly aiding pirates, has been released on Thursday, said the ministry of external affairs. The External Affairs Ministry Spokesperson Syed Akbaruddin said that India is preparing for the sailor’s return. James’ wife Aditi and other relatives met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh earlier this month to urge him to intervene so that James could be allowed to come home for the last rites of his 11-month old son Vivaan, who died on December 2. New Delhi/ Mumbai, Dec 18 (ANI): India on Wednesday said that it is committed to the Vienna convention that shields the diplomats while seeking its implementation from the US side as well in the diplomatic spat that threatens to strain otherwise warm ties between the two nations. Spokesperson of Indian Foreign Ministry, Syed Akbaruddin, said India was committed to follow the rules laid down by the Vienna Convention and expected the same from other countries. Madhya Pradesh: Woman delivers 10 stillborn babies

Rewa, Dec 17 (ANI): In an extremely rare case, a woman hailing from Satna village in Madhya Pradesh delivered dectuplets but all stillborn. The woman, Anju Kushwaha was being taken to the Sanjay Gandhi Memorial hospital, 125 km away in neighbouring Rewa district, after she went into labour but she delivered nine stillborn babies on the way and one in the hospital. The doctor attending her case, earlier said that on first examination of the patient the pregnancy appeared as eight months old. However, later it was found out that Kushwaha was undergoing treatment for infertility. Earlier in October, Kushwaha suffered a miscarriage, doctor said. Dec 17, 2013
